Clothing and Stuff Exchange June 3 from 11 to 3 am.

Are you ready for warmer weather? NCC’s ‘Clothing & Stuff Exchange’ is a fun event that will take place on Saturday, June 3rd in the Fellowship Hall from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, everyone is welcome. Donate your gently used clothing and stuff and take what you need, no money changes hands. All gently used sizes of men’s, women’s, kids, and infant clothing are exchanged, as well as ‘stuff’, such as small household appliances, gardening tools, and miscellaneous items. No donation is required to receive clothing or other items.

We cannot hold your donations, please bring them the day of the event.

Easter Services

Join us on Easter Sunday for our Resurrection Sunday services

Sunday, April 9 at 8:00am and 11:00am

Begin now to invite your family and friends as we gather together to celebrate our Lord’s Resurrection.

Refreshments will be available in the Fellowship Hall immediately before and after each service.

Everyone is welcome!

There will be NO Sunday School services that day so the little ones can remain in the sanctuary with their families

Join us for our Annual Thanksgiving Dinner at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds!

When: Sunday, November 20th at 5pm

Where: Jacklin Events Center – enter through Gate C

Everyone is welcome, invite your family or friends! If you are able please bring a dish to share. We will provide the turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing/dressing, and gravy! We will also need your help in all areas to pull this off. Please see the Info Center to sign up to either take and cook the turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing/dressing or gravy or to just help in the set up, clean up, or serving!

The food items need to be there no later than 4:30pm, servers please be there by 4, set up crew we will head out after 1st service.

Get your cooking skills seasoned up to join our Chili Cook-off!

You may enter as many times as you’d like, the more the merrier! Chili will be scored on Overall Taste, Flavor, and Aroma. The top three winners will be awarded merchandise prizes from our Bookstore.

Please bring your entries to the Fellowship Hall by 11:00 am on Saturday, October 29th in order to be judged.

Harvest Festival

HARVEST FESTIVAL

Join us Saturday, October 29 from noon to 4:00 pm for our Harvest Festival and Pot Faith Buffet.

We’ll enjoy a variety of family activities, great fellowship, wonderful music, bouncy houses, games, and a delicious meal, as well as a photo booth and Carmel apple dipping station. There will be a Chili Contest with prizes being awarded to the winners from our bookstore. If you’re able to bring something tasty to share, please let us know by visiting the Info Center and signing up. You may also sign up to help with setting up, as food servants, and to participate in the Chili Cook-Off.

We’re looking forward to seeing you there.

 

Chili Dog Feed

We will be having an appreciation Chili Dog Feed on Sunday, September 18th before and after each service in the Fellowship Hall.

We are appreciative for all the donations raised towards the Girls Fall Retreat! There will be a blessing box there if you would also like to donate towards this.

If you would like your girl to attend the Girls Fall Retreat and she is 13-17 years of age please pick up a sign up sheet at the Info Center.

The NCC Youth group is having a bake sale this Sunday, Sept 4th in the coffee shop at 8 a.m.

The youth group girls are going to Ross Point Camp in Post Falls October 7th-9th for a weekend retreat.

Enjoy some treats & if you can help support the girls as they seek the Lord, that’s great too!

Global Missions Fellowship

Global Missions Fellowship- On Tuesday, December 6 at 7:00 PM in the Rock Church (corner of McGuire and Seltice) Amber Inman will be sharing about her work with women and children in Soroti, Uganda. At the meeting she will have handcrafts on display that were made by women in her Bible Study group. All are welcome to attend

Are you doing some Spring cleaning?  Don’t know where to take it or what to do with it? 

Bring it on Saturday, July 9th between 9 and 11 am and you can leave it or exchange it!

All the fun begins at 11am and ends at 3PM.

Sorry we do not have the capacity to hold your treasured items, if you could please bring them the day of,
we would greatly appreciate it!

We will need your help to haul off the remainder of the items by 5pm! Please consider helping take over this ministry for the future, see Debbie Granat for more details.

Movie Night

Back by popular demand! North Country Chapel will be presenting “Movie Night,” the majority of these will all be inside, with the exception of August 27th which will be shown outside on the Sports Field.

Popcorn, licorice, and water to be provided!

Movie will start at 7PM!

OUTDOOR movie will start at 8PM.

4th of July

4th of July Baptism & Picnic

Everyone is invited to our annual 4th of July Baptism and Picnic on Monday, July 4.

Set-up begins at 10:00 am, the Baptism will take place at Noon and the Picnic will follow. The church will provide hot dogs, hamburgers, and chips; if you’re able to, please bring a tasty dish to share.

Sign-up sheets are at the Info Center for those who are willing to help set up, with food, and with putting things away.

If you would like to be Baptized, or to enter our junior or adult pie baking contest, please sign up at the Info Center. If you are going to be baptized make sure you bring a towel.

There will be no Monday night Bible Study this day.
