Vacation Bible School Meeting
Please meet in the Theater Room of Building B at 1:00 pm Sunday, June 7, for an Orientation Meeting. VBS runs from Monday, June 22 to Friday, June 26.
NCC Movie Night
We are pleased once again to announce ‘Movie Night’. Our next movie is “Something To Sing About,” will be shown on Saturday, June 13, in the Sanctuary. Everyone is welcome, there will be free popcorn, licorice, and water. This movie is good for all ages. The doors open at 6:00 pm, and the movie begins at 7:00 pm. There is no cost to attend, so invite your friends and enjoy this movie together.
Baby Bottle Boomerang
The ‘Baby Bottle Boomerang’ is an opportunity to support the Open Arms Pregnancy and Real Choices Clinic in Hayden. Please return all bottles by Father’s Day, June 21.

Our Roku channel is up and running once again. When you can’t make it to North Country Chapel in person for Bible Study, did you know you can watch the Bible Study on Roku Digital Media devices over the internet? Visit: https://www.roku.com If you don’t have a Roku account, you will need to create one. To watch our Bible Studies on your Roku: 1. Go to Roku Channels https://channelstore.roku.com/browse 2. Search in the Channel Store for the “North Country” channel. The channel description says, “Live and On-Demand streaming services and events from North Country Chapel in Post Falls, Idaho.”
Bible Study and Worship
You are warmly invited to join us for Bible Study and Worship in the Sanctuary on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Pastor Bob is teaching verse by verse through 1 Peter. Join us on Mondays at 7:00 p.m. as Pastor Bob is teaching verse by verse through Revelation, and on Friday evenings at 7:00 p.m., Pastor Bob is teaching verse by verse in Acts. As a church family, we are committed to the safety of you, your family, and all who attend North Country Chapel. We ask those who feel poorly or believe they may have an illness that could spread to others to stay home and join us online for Bible Study.
Online Weekly Bible Studies
For those who are uncomfortable attending services in person due to an illness or are not feeling well, all our Bible Studies are currently online, and we invite you to join us via our website and on the radio. You can access our studies in the following ways:
- Audio of the study is available after the service (10:30 a.m. Sundays, 8:30 p.m. Mondays, and Fridays) on our Latest Studies page and our app. Videos of the studies will be available by Tuesday afternoon.
Gifts & Offerings
Those who call North Country Chapel their church home, you may donate online via North Country Chapel’s website by selecting the Giving tab or accessing the same giving site using NCC’s app on your smartphone. Prayer Requests
- The doctor said my cancer has spread to my hips, both the right and left. I don’t think I have a vertebra in my spine that does not have a cancerous tumor. Cancer has spread to 3 other places in my spine. The cancer in my skull is chilling, not much activity, and the tumor in my chest/rib cage has gone down in size since radiation a few months ago. My doctor stopped all medications; she’s looking for a clinical trial that can help me. I’m thankful to God that I don’t look like what I am going through. I show up every day with a smile on my face and push through. Keep me in your prayers. Love you all.
- I am being sent to Spokane to talk with a doctor about mastoid surgery for my left ear. I have had two such surgeries in my right ear, so I know what is ahead of me. I have no fears, even though I am soon to be 73. Just pray for the doctor.
- A man asks for prayer for himself and his wife, to be safe in their home.
- Please pray for our pastors, thank you.
- Several young men were injured in an ATV accident, please keep them in your prayers.
- Please pray for my husband for pain relief after an upcoming surgery, his third surgery in a year. Each surgery has contributed to the pain, so the doctor is unsure whether this one will eliminate it. We pray for God's mercy and His healing touch. We are grateful for your prayers on his behalf.
- A 59-year-old man walked away from his house, and we don't know where he is. There are concerns for his mental health and his physical health, as it appears that he could have spent the night out in the elements. Please pray for the safe return of this man.
- Please continue to pray for the elderly woman who was severely injured when a vehicle plowed into her apartment. Please keep her and her family in prayer as this woman's husband perished in this terrible accident, too.
- I need prayer. My throat feels swollen. I do fire restoration clean-up. I couldn’t figure out why my throat was so scratchy; it turns out I had the wrong filters in my mask. My throat is tiny to begin with, and I have no money or good health insurance to get the surgery I need to have it opened up to breathe better. I am struggling even more to breathe now. I might have to find another job, and I am sick of changing jobs; it’s always something; I could scream. TG
- Please pray for my generous sister-in-Christ; the Lord knows her every need. K
- My mom has been gone for a year and a half. Making another pass at giving away, throwing away, and repacking. A little emotional. Please pray for me. Dorothy D
- Pray that the Lord fully restores my friend’s marriage and relationship.
- My husband K will start chemotherapy and immunotherapy on Monday for extensive small-cell lung cancer with secondary metastasis to his brain, liver, and bones. Despite this diagnosis, we believe in the power of prayer. Please pray for the will of God to prevail, and that He would destroy every cancer cell. Please pray for protection from the side effects associated with chemotherapy, and that he’s able to breathe more easily. Thank you for praying for my husband.
- My son's 26-year-old sister-in-law had a brain bleed in her brain. She was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. Please pray for her and the family. Pray for a miracle, for her healing and restoration, and for the family.
- I feel as if I’m losing control and my mind. I need prayer, please.
- My large family is facing food insecurities; please pray for our Lord to provide for us.
- Please pray for my friend, Clayton, and his wife Laurie.
- A dear family member suffered an injury; please keep this wonderful person in your prayers for healing. Thank you.
- One of my daughters has a very serious issue with her heart right now. I ask if you would pray for her, please.
- I required surgery on my hand, with several biopsies taken. Please pray that I will heal without complications and that the biopsies are non-cancerous. CS
- Please keep my nephew in prayer. He was born 10 weeks early and has been in the NICU at Johnson City Children's Hospital. He is gaining weight and doing somewhat well, but his heart rate and oxygen levels are falling below normal off and on. Please keep this tiny baby in your prayers for the Lord’s perfect will to take place.
- Please pray for my good friend, Michelle. She is fighting for her life and is in a coma. Please pass this along to others in your church or prayer groups. Thank you; much love and respect, GS
