This Week

2024 NCC Community Camp-Out!
Registration is now open for our Camp-Out at Farragut State Park which is taking place from August 9th to 11th.
The hope and heart behind this event is to provide a simple but rich opportunity for our church body to enjoy Christ-centered fellowship in an atmosphere that encourages people to connect with one another. Along with a fantastic camping experience, we also plan on sharing meals together (which the church will provide), Bible study, and worship. Please pray about joining us, and get your family registered on our website as soon as possible, as space is limited (around 120 people).

Nursery and Toddler Ministry
We could use a few volunteers to serve ONE Friday evening a month; if you are interested, please visit the Info Center, fill out a card, and drop it in the wooden box, thank you.

Nursery and Toddler Ministry
We are also looking for one or two people willing to come in and disinfect the toys once a month. Please leave your information at the Info Center, thank you.

Bible Study and Worship
You are warmly invited to join us for Bible Study and Worship in the Sanctuary on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Pastor Bob teaches verse-by-verse through the Gospel of Matthew on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. On Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m., Pastor Bob teaches 1 Corinthians verse-by-verse, and on Friday evenings at 7:00 p.m., Pastor Bob teaches verse-by-verse through 1 Samuel. As a church family, we are committed to the safety of you, your family, and all who attend North Country Chapel. We ask that those feeling poorly or believing they may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 stay home and join us online for Bible Study.

Online Weekly Bible Studies
For those who are uncomfortable attending services in person due to COVID-19, or are not feeling well, all our Bible Studies are currently online, and we invite you to join us via our website, on the radio, and on Facebook LIVE. You can access our studies in the following ways:

  • Audio of the study is available after the service (10:30 a.m. Sundays, 8:30 p.m. Mondays, and Fridays) on our Latest Studies page and our app. Videos of the studies will be available by Tuesday afternoon.

    Gifts & Offerings
For those who call North Country Chapel their church home, you may donate online via North Country Chapel’s website by selecting the Giving tab or accessing the same giving site using NCC’s app on your smartphone. Finally, you may also sign up for Text Giving by texting the word GIVE to 208-544-4414 and following the prompts. Parson to Person

The material at the core of the sun is so hot that a pinhead of it would give off enough heat to kill a man 1 million miles away.

When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?   Psalm 8:3-4
