Prayer Requests
- My roommate needs prayers because she is trying to get off alcohol and find a rehab that is for women only. T
- Please pray for my client’s home to sell very soon. She’s already moved and really needs to have this behind her.
- I’m asking for prayer for my son S to figure out his next steps. He's very conflicted about what to do next for school and life.
- Pray for my friend's marriage, that the Lord will reconcile them and restore what the locusts have eaten.
- Please pray for a young man who has to have surgery on his leg due to his nerves not growing back after knee surgery; he's only 16.
- Pray for my daughter to continue following the Lord and not to be blinded by the world.
- Please pray for my husband. He has patiently spent hours speaking to our prodigal son and trying to encourage him. My husband is so hurt. Thank you.
- My young adult son has cut his mother and me off, choosing to live in his car instead of with us. Please pray for his relationship with Christ. With his OCD and social anxiety, we think he has interpreted his experiences with us as trauma, even though we didn't need to discipline him very much because he was so afraid of doing something wrong. Please pray for the three of us.
- Please pray for a woman who recently had knee replacement surgery. May the Lord heal her without any complications.
- Hello, dear prayer warriors. I’m asking for prayer for myself; I feel the heat has really been draining me. I clean homes, and many days this summer, I get home so fatigued. Likewise, I’m not accomplishing the other necessities. Please pray for me to have more energy; I appreciate it so much. I live alone and need my strength. AH
- My husband fell on July 3 and needed emergency surgery for a dislocated knee. He damaged the artery behind his knee. He has so much damage, such as torn ligaments, tissue damage, muscle damage, and a blood clot. Likewise, he had surgery but has since been diagnosed with compartment syndrome. Now they say the muscle is nonfunctioning. He’s now scheduled for surgery on Friday. His orthopedic surgeon will know if they need to remove his limb. Please pray for my husband, D. He is such a great guy and needs prayers. What will be will be. God is good all the time. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.
- If you could say some prayers for my son, he’s going through a lot right now. A divorce with 3 little girls, enduring countless heavy issues, and mentally, he’s just drained. He has a court date next Friday. Please pray it goes his way. He just wants to be done. He’s such a giving person who cares so much and does so much. Thank you for your prayers.
- I’m at the lowest point of my life. I lost my job. I live in Alabama, and it’s not easy here. I’m struggling to find work and not face eviction. Likewise, I hate feeling like a failure as a mom with barely any family to help. I have days when I wish I had not been born. Pray that I can find hope and encouragement to stay strong; if not for me, then for my baby.
- Please pray for my dear mom; she’s unwell.
- My son is undergoing brain surgery. Please pray that the Lord’s will be done. Amen. E
- I’m in desperate need of prayers. My dad was just told today that he has a large malignant tumor in his eye. They will be doing a CT scan soon to see if it has spread anywhere else in his body. Please pray for him, and that the CT scan doesn't find cancer anywhere else, and that the treatment for his eye is effective. Moreover, please pray for my parents and me that God would grant us peace and a strong heart while waiting for this news.
- Please pray for a friend’s husband, that he recovers quickly and without complications from a recent surgery. Thank you.
- My baby granddaughter had surgery; please pray for healing. EG
- I fell and broke my kneecap in two places, had surgery, then started bleeding. I was hospitalized for 3 days when they found cancer in my bladder. During that time, my husband passed away. All of this happened at the same time. I’m asking for prayers to keep me strong to go through all of this grief. Not only am I grieving for my husband, but I now have to confront cancer. I pray for God to give me the strength to have a positive thought. Pray for Me.
Praise Reports
-
Thank You, Lord, for bestowing mercy and grace upon me.
Parson to Person
Some parents are funny. They refuse to give a child the keys to the car because they feel he is not mature enough to make the proper decisions imperative to safe driving. Yet, they refuse to direct the religious life of the child because they say he should arrive at his own conclusions.
Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
